[spring and summer, every other day]
May. 5th, 2009 03:57 pmBeing a mere thirty-six (give or take) hours away from college graduation is a rather frightening thing. I can't take classes at Santa Monica College (my local community college) for transfer credit, for instance. The last thirty-six hours must be taken at Westminster.
Which means I've got a couple of eighteen-hour semesters to look forward to if I want to graduate on time.
Crap.
Anyway, I registered for Fall just now. I could've done it weeks--if not months--ago, but I've been lazy and worried about my study abroad credit transferring. But it is transferring, and those hours are what's pushing me over into the final thirty-six hour category. So, yay. As of whenever my study abroad grades went online, I am a senior. Which is a scary, scary thought, by the way. I'm not ready to be a senior! I'm not ready to be doing a thesis or applying to graduate school or graduating from university. ;_;
But. Yes. Fall classes.
My schedule is currently only at fifteen hours; I need to get professor approval for my thesis. My thesis will probably have something to do with Victorian literature. Elree Harris is my academic adviser, and she looooooooooooooooooooooves those Victorians. I think she wishes she had a time machine, just so that she could go back and bask in Oscar Wilde's gentle glow for a while.
Anyway, this is what it looks like at the moment:
( Current class schedule under the cut )
So, yeah, my Mondays, especially, are going to suck a fair amount. I'm going to be in class almost continually from 2:00 to 10:00. But do you know what? It's worth it. Because...hey. SCUBA DIVING. Heck yes. ♥
So, yeah, Monday's going to suck a littl
